Refunds are reviewed based on order state, delivery progress, and whether the required buyer information was provided correctly.

Replacement First

When possible, Yey95 will try to replace or restart the affected delivery before issuing a refund. This keeps valid buyers moving without unnecessary waiting.

Crypto and Gateway Payments

Crypto payments must be confirmed by the payment gateway and match the required checkout amount. Network fees, blockchain delays, wrong-chain transfers, and third-party wallet issues are outside Yey95 control. Refunds for crypto payments may require extra verification and can only be sent after the payment is identified.

Evidence Required

Refund requests should include the order ID, payment ID, email, Discord invite, key, screenshots if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Missing details can delay the review or make the request impossible to verify.

Review Time

Refund reviews depend on order logs, payment logs, delivery logs, and live system status. Most checks can be reviewed quickly when the buyer provides the correct order ID, but complex cases may need manual investigation.
