Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed based on order state, delivery progress, and whether the required buyer information was provided correctly.
Open a support request with your order ID, email, key, or Discord invite so the team can check the exact delivery path.
Eligible Refund Cases
- The order was paid but delivery never started due to a Yey95-side issue.
- The key or delivery route was invalid and could not be replaced.
- Stock was unavailable and no replacement or waiting option was accepted.
- A confirmed duplicate payment was made for the same checkout and the duplicate order was not used.
- The payment was confirmed but Yey95 could not provide a reasonable replacement, retry, or alternative route.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Wrong Discord invite, missing bot access, or incorrect details submitted by the buyer.
- Orders already delivered or confirmed as fulfilled.
- Delays caused by Discord restrictions, server permissions, or buyer-side changes after delivery starts.
- Tokens, accounts, members, or boosts removed because Discord terminated them, restricted them, or applied enforcement after delivery.
- Delivered accounts, tokens, members, or boosts kicked, banned, muted, restricted, or removed by server staff, moderation bots, anti-raid systems, or server configuration.
- Payments sent to the wrong address, underpaid invoices, expired invoices, disputed payments, chargebacks, or transactions that cannot be matched to a Yey95 checkout.
Replacement First
When possible, Yey95 will try to replace or restart the affected delivery before issuing a refund. This keeps valid buyers moving without unnecessary waiting.
Crypto and Gateway Payments
Crypto payments must be confirmed by the payment gateway and match the required checkout amount. Network fees, blockchain delays, wrong-chain transfers, and third-party wallet issues are outside Yey95 control. Refunds for crypto payments may require extra verification and can only be sent after the payment is identified.
Evidence Required
Refund requests should include the order ID, payment ID, email, Discord invite, key, screenshots if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Missing details can delay the review or make the request impossible to verify.
Review Time
Refund reviews depend on order logs, payment logs, delivery logs, and live system status. Most checks can be reviewed quickly when the buyer provides the correct order ID, but complex cases may need manual investigation.
